تأثیر آموزش مهارت خودآگاهی بر سازگاری اجتماعی و خودکارآمدی تیم ملی رزمی‌کاران زن

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش تأثیر آموزش مهارت خودآگاهی بر سازگاری اجتماعی و خودکارآمدی تیم ملی رزمی­کاران زن بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر روش تجربی و از نظر اجرا میدانی است. روش ‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون - پس‌آزمون و دارای گروه آزمایش و کنترل بود.. جامعه آماری تحقیق را کلیه رزمی­کاران تیم ملی زنان تشکیل دادند. نمونۀ آماری به­طور در دسترس انتخاب و حجم نمونه 60 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. نمونه آماری به دو گروه 30 نفره تجربی و کنترل تقسیم شد. برای جمع آوری داده­های علاوه بر آموزش مهارت خودآگاهی از پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی شرر و سازگاری اجتماعی بل استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد: آموزش مهارت خودآگاهی بر سازگاری اجتماعی (001/0p=، 468/3-t=) و بر خودکارآمدی (001/0p=، 876/3-t=) رزمی­کاران تیم ملی زنان ­تأثیر دارد. آموزش­مهارت­خودآگاهی بر ­مولفه­های عاطفی و اجتماعی سازگاری­ رزمی­کاران ­ تاثیر­دارد، اما بر مولفه­های سازگاری ­در خانه، سازگاری بهداشتی و سازگاری شغلی تأثیر ندارد.در نتیجه رزمی کاران با به کارگیری مهارت­های خودآگاهی قادر خواهند بود به طور موثر و کارآمد با شرایط دشوار و مشکلات خویش ناشی از سازگاری عاطفی و اجتماعی مقابله کنند.
