شادکامی و انگیزه پیشرفت در معلمان تربیت بدنی

چکیده

تداوم حضور در محیط مدرسه و انگیزۀ قوی دانش‌آموزان، جذابیت بالای عوامل مدرسه را می‌طلبد که بخش مهمی از تحقق این امر بر عهدۀ معلمان مدارس می‌باشد. هدف اصلی از انجام این پژوهش بررسی رابطه شادکامی و انگیزه پیشرفت در معلمان تربیت‌بدنی استان سمنان بود. روش پژوهش تحلیلی- توصیفی و از نظر هدف، کاربردی بود. جامعۀ تحقیق تمامی معلمان زن و مرد استان سمنان در سال تحصیلی 1398-1397 را شامل شد که بر اساس آمار ادارۀ کل آموزش و پرورش استان سمنان تعداد آن‌ها 229 نفر بود (114 نفر مرد، 115 نفر زن). بر اساس فرمول کوکران 140 نفر( ....مرد و ....زن ) از معلمان به روش طبقه‌ای- تصادفی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌های مورد نیاز از پرسشنامه آکسفورد و جهت اندازه‌گیری سطح شادکامی و پرسشنامه هرمنس جهت سنجش انگیزه پیشرفت استفاده شد. از آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف جهت بررسی نرمال بودن توزیع داده‌های تحقیق استفاده شد. همچنین، جهت آزمون فرضیه‌های تحقیق از همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون رگرسیون استفاده شد. داده‌ها توسط نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 21 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که مؤلفه‌های نظیر انگیزۀ قوی، ادراک پویا از زمان، آینده‌نگری و رفتار با ریسک پایین بر میزان سطح شادکامی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی تأثیرگذار بودند. با وجود این، سطح دشواری کار، تمایل به تلاش مجدد، توجه به ملاک و الگو، و عملکرد خوب در کار، تأثیر قابل توجهی بر شادکامی نداشتند. بنابراین، پیشنهاد می‌شود که با ایجاد محیط نشاط بخش برای معلمان، انگیزه پیشرفت را در آنها ارتقا داد تا امکان رشد و بالندگی در آنها فراهم شود.
